Chapel of Disease – The Mysterious Ways of Repetitive Art ALBUM REVIEW

The album opens with 3 tracks that are completely uninspired and bored me to tears. And then the 4th track happened and it was if the album was saying “just kidding” and it got good. They added elements of heavy metal and death doom to their music, which was a great relief from the standard death metal that was lazily trying to entertain my ears. At the same time though, I can’t quite give this a higher score, as those first three tracks still exist. I only wish that this band had found it’s true voice before the album was almost halfway over.
